Feb 18: Leave the office behind and meet at the Gardens

We have four adaptable meeting rooms that regularly host a multitude of events; from expansive conferences in the Exhibition Hall to smaller gatherings in our newly opened Meeting Room.

Our new meeting room can seat 12 boardroom style, 18 theatre style and is the ideal space for smaller gatherings, workshops and training sessions. Hire includes a wall mounted HD television with both VGA and HDMI connections, wall mounted whiteboard and space for catering.

The Hamilton Gardens Pavilion is centrally located within the gardens allowing guests to easily access our award-winning themed gardens. We also offer the option to close one of our themed gardens to hold personalized events such as pre-dinner drinks and nibbles.

Don’t miss the newly opened Concept Garden or steampunk inspired airship.

Hamilton gardens is very accessible to out of town attendees, is located beside SH1, close to Hamilton Airport and has plenty of free parking for your guests.
