Hamilton & Waikato Tourism’s Convention Bureau Manager Amanda Graham says “the mini expo will provide access to a wide range of business event products and suppliers under one roof. It is a smart and efficient way for time-poor organisers to learn about what’s available and what’s new in the Hamilton & Waikato region. With Christmas rapidly approaching it is also a good opportunity for organisers to start scoping venues and suppliers for Christmas functions”.
Exhibitors will include the regions business event focussed companies including conference and convention facilities, accommodation providers, tourism activity experiences and support services.

Hamilton & Waikato Business Events Showcase is being held at Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre on Thursday, 11 August 2016. The show will be open at 3pm and guests are invited to drop in any time between 3pm and 6.30pm. Drinks and canapes will be served from 5pm in the exhibition area, giving guests the opportunity to network with suppliers in a relaxed setting.
