Matariki Dish Challenge

10 June – 14 July
The Matariki Dish Challenge will see local chefs create a Matariki inspired dish, which is required to include at least two local ingredients. The dishes will be available for the public to enjoy throughout the challenge, and mystery judges will assess each dish to determine a 2017 winner.
