The Generator Multi Sport Event

Held along one of New Zealand’s Great Cycle Trails, the Waikato River Trails, the Generator is a challenging multi-sport event for individuals and teams on Saturday 8th April.

Individuals and teams can compete in four different event categories, each with varying lengths, providing something to suit all levels.

The longest event is the Generator Full - a gruelling 61.5km race which includes a 6km lake kayak, 6km trail run, 32km road cycle and 12.5km mountain bike, followed by a 5km run.

Next up if the Generator Tri - a 55.5km race which includes a 6km trail run, 32km road cycle, 12.5km mountain bike and 5km run; while the Generator Duo is 17.5km in length consisting of a 12.5km mountain bike and 5km run.

Returning for its second year is The Generator UNO – a 5km fun run around the Arapuni Powerhouse, which is also free for kids 12 and under.
