The Bureau promotes the Hamilton & Waikato region as a meeting, conference, incentive and event destination. As part of the Regional Tourism Organisation, we are a non-profit organisation and offer complimentary services to assist event planners with their preparation; whether it be an initial enquiry about the region, or a confirmed event and are looking for advice on overall concepts and logistics to create a fantastic event.
Working together with our business partners we offer comprehensive advice and impartial recommendations for suitable conference venues, accommodation, team building activities, dinner venues, support services and all other conference requirements.
